Effective date: July 20, 2026
Sudoku Frenzy ("the app", "we", "us") is built on a simple principle: your puzzle is yours. This policy explains, plainly, what data the app touches and why.
None. Sudoku Frenzy does not operate any servers and does not receive, log, or store any information about you or your device. Your puzzle progress, statistics, and preferences (theme, difficulty, sound) are saved only in local storage on your own device and are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Battle mode lets you scan a friend's invite code to start a head-to-head match. The app requests camera access only to read that QR code on-device, at the moment you choose to scan one. No photo, video, or camera frame is ever saved, uploaded, or shared — the camera is used purely as a local barcode reader.
Sudoku Frenzy does not use your location for any feature. The app does not read, store, or transmit location data.
The app declares local network access strictly for development purposes (connecting to a local build server while the app is being developed and tested). This has no effect on the version of the app you download from the App Store and is not used to collect or transmit any data.
Sudoku Frenzy contains no advertising networks, analytics trackers, or third-party data-sharing SDKs of any kind. We don't sell, rent, or share data, because we don't collect any to begin with.
Sudoku Frenzy is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the app does not collect personal information from any user.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an online feature that involves data collection — we'll update this page and revise the effective date above before that feature ships.
